Tsang Wai Kwan

LLB (Hons)- Principal

Before joining this firm, Mr Tsang was a partner for 7 years with the firm of Joseph CT Lee & Co. During this time, apart from being engaged in commercial litigation and corporate restructuring, he provided extensive advice to various banks on numerous issues including property and probate matters, documentation and insolvency matters. Although tending to concentrate mainly on commercial litigation and corporate restructuring, he has established his practice within a broad spectrum. He is therefore able to call upon his knowledge and experience on a wide variety of matters to provide balanced general advice with a cost effective approach.

Lee Lai Ling

LLB (Hons)- Consultant

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1995, Ms Lee has worked in a variety of law firms where she practised in a number of areas including civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, matrimonial litigation and construction. From 1998 onwards, she has been an in-house counsel of several locally listed companies, most notably, UDL Holdings Limited, China Rich Holdings Limited and GreaterChina Technology Group Limited.

UDL at that time had subsidiaries engaged in dredging and marine engineering, infrastructure, structural steel, contracting and building services (E&M) as well as investment and the Group consisted of 2 listed companies and over 130 subsidiaries.
China Rich at the time had subsidiaries engaged in property development, construction, leisure developments and the short haul airline business.
GreaterChina at the time was involved in production of medicine, as a website content provider, e-commerce business and in other investments.

She was responsible for providing legal advice on strategies, merits and advice on Court proceedings and liaison and supervision of external legal advisers in both criminal and civil proceedings. Such matters included commercial, construction and personal injury litigation cases. Ms. Lee also has extensive experience in commercial drafting including company acquisition agreements, on-line marketing agency agreements, employment contracts, web-site sale and purchase agreements, construction contracts, and security documents.
